• Inspiring Team Leaders: Specialized 11-week competency track focusing on process safety leadership, Simultaneous Operations (SIMOPs) risk management, delivery cadence indicators, and Coaching Kata.
• Strategic Asset Leaders: Advanced macro-governance covering hydrocarbon economics, commercial asset optimization, reliability governance, and green-tech decarbonization frameworks.

Standard classroom training fades within a month; therefore, we deploy master-level consultants directly alongside your teams:
